Today we’re celebrating Coty and his 1-year anniversary with BCC! 🎉

Coty joined the team in the middle of a challenging project and jumped right in. Through the tough days, he’s continued to support our field team and trade partners while proving what a great addition he is to BCC.

We’re grateful to have you on the team, Coty, and excited to watch you continue to grow as an Assistant Superintendent and build your career in the field.

Congratulations on year one! 👏

Multiple Trades, one coordinated team.

BCC brought together skilled trade partners to complete plumbing, site work, interior restoration, and exterior improvements at a fully occupied apartment community.

With residents at the heart of planning, our team coordinated each phase with focus on minimizing disruption and keeping the community moving.

We're grateful to the management company for being great to work with throughout the project. Their collaboration and support helped make the process seamless.

Proud of the teamwork that brought this project across the finish line in a few short weeks!

Today we’re celebrating Kyle and his 2-year anniversary with BCC! 🎉

Sharp, funny, and just the right amount of unhinged for BCC 😉 — Kyle brings a big personality and a lot to our team.

It’s been a busy couple of years, and we’re glad you took a chance on the BCC dream and joined us for the ride. Happy 2-year anniversary, Kyle! We’re excited for what’s ahead! 👏

We’re celebrating Jake and his 2-year anniversary with BCC! 🎉

Jake may be one of the quieter members of the team, but his hard work and willingness to jump in and help never go unnoticed.

We appreciate everything you do, Jake, and we’re glad to have you on the team. Happy 2-year anniversary! 👏

Good golf and even better company! ⛳

We loved co-sponsoring this tournament with and spending the day with clients, partners, business owners, and executives.
Building relationships, talking business, and having a little fun along the way. Thanks to everyone who joined us!

Building something special in a magical location.

Construction is moving forward on this beautiful new hotel, bringing another elevated place to stay to one of the country’s most iconic destinations. Just outside Yellowstone National Park, the setting speaks for itself, our job is to make sure the build lives up to it.

Great progress, incredible surroundings, and a project we’re proud to be part of.

Today, we pause to remember September 11, 2001.

Twenty-five years later, we honor the lives lost, the courage of the first responders, and the strength of a nation that came together in the face of unimaginable tragedy.

May we never forget those we lost, those who served, and the spirit of unity and resilience that carried us forward.

What a great time at AMC’s 2026 Leadership Conference in Las Vegas! 🐎
This year’s theme was Year of the Horse, and you know we had to come ready to represent!

We’re grateful for the partnership we’ve built with AMC and, even more, for the relationships we’ve made along the way. It’s always a pleasure spending time with this incredible group, and we truly appreciate the trust and support they’ve shown BCC over the years.

Thank you, AMC, for having us! We look forward to continuing to build great things together for many years to come.
