McNeil Engineering specializes in civil and structural engineering, land surveying, landscape architecture and project management. Since 1983, McNeil Engineering has provided design planning, development, and prepared design plans and specifications in civil engineering projects for Federal, State, County, City governments, and numerous private firms. McNeil Engineering also provides structural consulting and project management, including seismic/structural evaluations and public works inspections. Our services include inspection of projects in accordance with applicable codes, ordinances, and amendments as adopted by various cities. McNeil Engineering’s qualified staff of professional engineers, professional land surveyors, professional landscape architects, 2 active survey crews and a skilled technical and support staff that use the latest state-of-the-art equipment. Our qualified staff, experience and state-of-the-art capabilities are important in not only the design phase, but in providing the on-going, technical assistance required to meet present and future needs, as well as identifying available funding for projects.
