Earlier this week, we celebrated the topping-off at South Creek!

This milestone marks the completion of the structural framework and another exciting step forward for this vibrant mixed-use community in Chapel Hill. With new residences, retail, and outdoor spaces planned, South Creek is designed to bring people, nature, and everyday life together in one place.

Carolina Commercial is serving as the general contractor for Building 5 and Building 11, the first two structures under construction at the 120-acre South Creek site. One building will feature apartments for rent with ground-floor retail and office space, while the other will offer luxury condominiums with expansive views of Chapel Hill and the surrounding green spaces.
