Wesko Construction is contracted to build a new facility for Wind Solutions, owned by Winslow Enterprises in Sanford NC. The new building is 13,750 square foot in total and is separated for three functions, a small parts room of 3044 square, office space office/bathroom of 1717 square feet, plus 8989 square feet of warehouse space. The building is a prenginnered metal building from Buckeye Steel. We are currently installing the balance of the structural elements and begin the siding.

We are proud to announce our Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) for the 350,000SF Distribution Warehouse! Both Wesko & NFI teams have worked extremely hard to meet our deadline and the building has already been leased by Target!
