Our City Furniture project features architectural tilt-up panels and detailed requirements like corbels for girders, designed to match City Furniture’s signature look.

The building’s trapezoidal layout and varying panel elevations add complexity, creating a stepped skyline effect across the structure.

Our team’s familiarity with City Furniture’s standards allows us to deliver efficiently while meeting the expectations that come with each of their facilities.

Our team completed the Lake Nona Medical Office Building using a two-lift tilt-up construction system, with the second lift stacked directly on top of the first.

Vertical continuity between panel lifts was achieved using NMB splice sleeves, connecting reinforcing steel from the first lift into the second through hundreds of carefully executed grout connections.

Several panels exceeded 120,000 pounds, requiring a large crawler crane and detailed lift planning typical of complex structural concrete construction.

Panels have been erected at Pinecrest Academy Wesley Chapel.

With limited space, all tilt panels were cast on beds, and most panel braces were anchored inside the building - requiring careful sequencing and collaboration with other trades, especially the steel erector.

The project also demanded two separate crane mobilizations, as each building had to be erected in sequence.

Our team is currently working on Gateway Industrial Phase II - Buildings B, C, and D.

With 297 total tilt-up panels reaching an average height of 46 feet, this project pushed the envelope with decorative cap panels, spandrels, and custom front entries that bring a unique aesthetic to a traditionally utilitarian space.

Tight site conditions at the Savannah MOB project pushed our team to think creatively - casting tilt-up panels on top of other panels to make it work.

To maintain safety near the adjacent hospital, secondary bracing and close coordination with a third-party engineer ensured safe lifting and er****on.

One of the defining features of our Optima Classical at Gladiolus project- the cap panels, also known as “eyebrow panels”, which introduced a new layer of complexity to the tilt up building.

With custom curves and nonstandard geometry, these panels required tailored formwork, meticulous alignment, and close coordination with design teams to get it right.
