These are custom zinc plated u-bolts in A36 steel material with commercial zinc and clear finish. Domestic production was run for 200 pieces on a rush basis with lead time at 7-10 business days due to the zinc plating process time required. 3/8 diameter rod was used with 2-1/2 inches of coarse thread on each leg. The inside depth was set at 4-1/2 inches, inside width at 2-1/2 inches, and material certs were provided with the parts per our customer's request.
