We're excited to be at this year's Annual CASBO Conference in San Diego! 🎉

At KYA, we specialize in modernizing the facilities that California's TK-14 students learn, play and grow in, from synthetic turf fields and running tracks to gymnasiums, shade structures and beyond. CASBO brings together exactly the school business leaders who are making those investments happen and we're proud to be part of that community.

KYA is proud to share continued progress on the El Rancho Unified School District Multi-Purpose Room Modernization Project. Through close collaboration and the responsible use of Measure ER bond funds, this project is delivering meaningful facility improvements that support long-term student success.

In Pico Rivera’s close-knit community, served by one high school and a strong DON legacy, this work represents transparency, partnership and investment in future generations. We were especially excited to host a site tour with elementary students, our Future DONS, to show how their schools are being built for tomorrow.

We are thrilled to announce that our top project from this past year was the massive, district-wide playground initiative for Bastrop ISD from Central Texas!
Our incredible Texas team pushed the boundaries of what’s possible, completing over 20 different playground renovations across the district over the summer break. This wasn’t just a refresh, it was a mission to create truly inclusive environments where every student, regardless of ability, can play, grow and thrive. With the district's lead, we were inspired to help them create spaces specifically designed to be accessible and engaging for all students. A huge shoutout to our Texas team for their tireless work and to Bastrop ISD for trusting us with the safety and joy of their students. This project perfectly embodies our commitment to listen, understand and advise, showcasing what equity in play looks like.
