🚛These custom torsion springs were manufactured using .090 diameter music wire material with .80-.95% carbon content and 230-399 ksi tensile strength. Both legs measured 4.45" center to center with a 120 degree angle. Zinc clear finish was applied to finish the parts for the architectural assembly application.

🚌These custom machined steel post pins were manufactured using low carbon steel with plain finish. The head measured .41" in diameter and the shoulder .200" with a .063 thru hole for the cotter pin. The pins measured .60" in overall length underneath the head. Cotter pin and washer used for the full assembly at application were also custom made to drawing for our electronics customer.

🚧These custom precision machined stepped pins were manufactured using 1020 steel material with the larger diameter set to .156" +/-.001 and the smaller diameter at .092" +/-.002. The overall length measured 1.09" +/-.01 and the point incorporated a radius of R.078. Material certs were provided with the parts per customer requirements.

🚜These custom alloy steel metric cone point set screws were manufactured in alloy steel material with M12 - 1.75 rolled thread and 60MM length underneath the cold formed square head. The square head measured 13MM X 13MM X 12MM in height. The cone point incorporated a 9MM diameter shoulder to assist in assembly on the production floor.

⚙️These custom precision machined weld studs were manufactured in mild carbon steel material with eventual copper flash plating prior to use on the production floor. Overall length of the weld stud is 20.02mm and the single projection measures .75mm diameter by .80mm length. UNC-2B thread was rolled on the threaded section and samples were manufactured for our customer to test prior to full production.

🗜These custom metric hex key double thread studs were manufactured domestically for our automotive customer using alloy steel material meeting 220,000 psi clamp load minimum. M12 thread was rolled on both sides, with fine pitch on the longer side and coarse on the other. 1/4" hex drive was formed on one side extending .25" from the fine threaded section. Full certs were provided with the parts.

🏎These custom class 9.8 hex fl**ge bolts were manufactured for our automotive customer in the USA. M6-1.00 X 18MM thread was rolled and head dimensions were made to DIN 6921 specifications. Parts were heat treated to 28-37 HRC core hardness per ISO 898-1 Class 9.8. Level 3 PPAP and full certs were provided with the parts per customer requirements.

🚀These custom AN316C8R jam nuts were manufactured domestically using DFARS compliant material to the AN316C8R specifications. 316 stainless steel hex bar stock was used for the production and parts went through NADCAP certified passivation per AMS QQ-P-35 with additional Proof Load lab testing per FF-N-836E to meet 12,000 lbf minimum criteria. Full certs were provided with the parts per customer requirements.

✈️Custom custom Inconel 718 double thread offset studs were manufactured for our aerospace customer. The offset head, double thread, and hardness of material made these parts extremely difficult to manufacture. The head radius measured .203" and a combination of 5/16-24 2A and 1/4-28 2A thread was cut to a length of .842". Definitely one of the toughest parts we have dealt with - the hardness of the material created countless issues with tool life. Full certs with FAIR were provided with the parts.
