Today marks 3 years at DD Ford for Margarito Sotero! Our superintendents rely on him everyday to keep our jobsites clean, organized, safe, and moving along smoothly. Tomorrow is Gabriel Zamora's 3 year DD Ford anniversary! Gabriel is a licensed architect which adds a layer of depth and understanding when approaching his work as a project manager. He handles each of his projects with extreme diligence and care. Thank you, Gabriel, for being such an asset to DD Ford! We are so thankful to have you on the project management team!

A big cheers and thank you to Carlos Sanchez who celebrated his 4th DD Ford anniversary this past week! He is an incredibly valuable member of our finish carpentry team and is always a pleasure to have on the job. We are so grateful for these past 4 years and look forward to what he does in the next 4 years to come! Thank you Carlos!

Today is a special DD Ford anniversary for Ryan Prahm! Ryan came to the company 15 years ago to manage the remodeling department and now serves as one of our partners. He exudes enthusiasm, kindness and authenticity and is an absolute pleasure to work alongside. If you know Ryan, you know how exceptional of a person he is. You know much he cares about the work he does and how much he loves the people he does it with and for. We are so grateful for you Ryan, today and always!

Today marks 14 years for Mr. Jon Downing, our Home Maintenance Department Manager and all around, one of the most quality humans we know! Jon works incredibly hard caring for all our maintenance clients' needs. He is a one-of-a-kind individual who brings so much depth, fun and energy to the team. We are beyond thankful to have him!
