I'm not a normal agent, I manage properties but I have made my own money on my own. Whether it's farming, labor work Ive done it, driving Uber, deadbeats from Zillow, even delivery of medications I've been trusted and have done many jobs. I am now doing a career in real estate 5 years in sales with buyers but didn't know how to find leads for sellers, while other realtors made millions and didn't tell what there doing. I'm telling you I will take a piece of there business since they took all mine. The same dam agents putting there nose everywhere, leaving the rest with nothing. My family helps people, they didnt. I will rival any other top producing agency and aggressively market your home and get it sold I will not let any agent undercut you or me. The want to see me broke, homeless and don't want to give tips while they make millions and just use people for cheap labor like doing open homes. Don't listen to any agent whose sold many homes. They don't care about you or your house, just another number in there scheme since they have so many other listings and people to worry about. I'm building my business and those people that have wronged me or not helped out while they made millions will be exposed. I am aggressively coming to destroy my competition since they nearly did the same to me, (a few specific people.) False info, not being transparent, using banks, lenders, respawn violations and stealing clients. I will win and get listing and homes sold. I'm also a world class athlete. I was in state championship sections for 50m freestyle swimming and powerlift. I don't take no for an answer. I will aggressively counter offers, find buyers and list for max price and profit. I will make your situation better especially if a 1031 exchange. I've done it before, thank you send me a dm il let you know who greedy selfish agents are that are not putting in the true work that's required. They use a autodialer auto message, there useless and know nothing about investing and have no track record besides using your commission that they will p**s away.
