Nothing puts a damper on summer comfort like a frozen HVAC system in September. 🙄

When we arrived at this St. George home, we found an A/C that had stopped cooling. After a full system diagnostic, it turned out the blower motor and dual run capacitor needed replacing. We also cleaned the blower wheel and housing and swapped in a fresh air filter free of charge. Once everything was installed and airflow was checked, cool air was flowing again.

Staying on top of repairs and regular cleaning can make a huge difference, especially during peak heat. 🔥

This failed capacitor caused the outdoor fan to run backwards and kept the system from cooling. After replacing the faulty part, everything was back to normal. ✔️

This blower wheel was coated with dust and debris, restricting airflow and making the system work harder. After a thorough cleaning, airflow was restored and the system is ready to perform the way it was designed to. 🔧

Saturday morning repair ☀️🔧

It’s no fun getting back into town only to find out your AC quit working while you were away. This one turned out to be a failed contactor. We swapped out the worn contactor and got the system back up and running before the day heated up.

This disconnect looked fine from the outside, but the pullout inside had started to overheat and melt. 🔥

We replaced it before it had the chance to leave the homeowner without AC during the summer heat.

Another no-cool call taken care of. 👊❄️

A capacitor may be a small part, but it’s one of the most common reasons an A/C system stops working. This one tested at 0 µF and was completely failed.

We replaced it with a new USA-made capacitor and got the client back to cool air before the Southern Utah heat could take over. ☀️😎
