Regarding Michael P. review on Yelp.

7 yr old heater is leaking from the heat exchanger. Damage caused by very low ph and alkalinity (chemical damage).

Please review page 60 of the manufactures manual regarding water chemistry.

Michael is upset. And he has all the right to be. But Michael should be upset at the person responsible of taking care of his pool. Instead, Michael is upset at the person who is trying to keep his family safe and out of this nasty water. Don't be like Michael.
