Before the wins, there were a lot of closed doors. Gus had to knock on plenty of them at the beginning of the business — hearing “no,” facing uncertainty, and putting himself out there again and again. 💯

👷🏼‍♂️ Gus takes us through one of the most important parts of the process: the cleanup.

Once demolition is complete, our team clears out the debris, metal, and remaining materials, scrapes everything down, and leaves the space clean and ready for the next trade.

He also shares a lesson that goes back to his days working alongside his dad: “Move your hands quick.” 💪

It was a simple saying, but the message stuck—work with purpose, be efficient with your time, and get the job done right.

That same work ethic continues to be part of the way we do things at Quality Environmental today.

A day out on the water with great company! 🎣🌊

We had an awesome time fishing alongside some of our clients, partners, and friends. Sometimes the best connections are made outside of the jobsite—sharing a few laughs, catching some fish, and enjoying a well-deserved day on the water.

Grateful for the relationships we’ve built and the people we get to do business with. Here’s to more days like this! 🤝

Right now, it may look like a construction zone, but eventually this space will be transformed into brand-new condominiums. 🏗️
