"Cortes Construction is a quality company. Owner Pedro Cortes does high quality work for a fair price, and has a very good eye for detail. This company checks all the boxes- quality subs, timely scheduling, attention to detail, quality, experienced and pleasant workers onsite, open willingness to accomplish any reasonable homeowner request, and very good communication. They provide a detailed build contract which covers the entire project. No corners to be cut- a clean jobsite, a great record with inspections, and a vast knowledge of the entire building process, start to finish. Pedro took my Coffey Park rebuild over mid-build and rectified all issues left behind without complaint. Cortes Construction has performed very well for me. I am thankful daily to have hired them."
