Behind the Build: Meet Evin Young! 🏡🤎

Evin is Cedar Brook Homes’ preferred lender at First United Bank, and we’re excited to introduce you to one of the people who helps make the homebuilding journey possible!

With a background in banking since 2009 and mortgage lending since 2012, Evin wants future homeowners to know that financing a new construction home doesn’t have to be intimidating!

She and her team help homeowners understand each step of the construction loan process. First United Bank also offers financing options that don’t necessarily require 20% down, with some programs potentially offering no down payment options for qualified borrowers! 🙌

Homeowners can also review and approve construction draws before funds are released, helping them stay informed and involved throughout the process.

Outside of work, Evin is a fiancée, mom, animal rescue lover, and enjoys singing and fishing! 🐾🎣

Fun fact: She was actually named after a boat motor!
