This custom build is certinaly one for
the books. A 2,500 square foot guest house on a very
remote lake-access only building site. This house
includes 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, 2
custom Ipe wood decks, and a roofline line with more
hips and valleys than the grand canyon.

This was all built on top of piers on a gorgeous lake
access only property here in the ADK. What an honor it
is to be building these spaces.

It's an incredible thing to this project like come to life. It was a priveledge to have this opportunity to work on an Adirondack piece of history like this. And as always, it was a pleasure to work with Roof Cutters on this design.

You cannot underestimate the value of having help through the design process. There are hundress and even thousands of decisions being made depending on the size and scope of the project. Have you ever considered what type, style, or era door hinges you'd like on the 18-30 doors in your home? We have. Have you ever considered what height and profile you'd like the baseboard in your kitchen to be? Or how those different profiles will catch the dust and debris in your home? We have. Or how about what type of finish you'd like to use for your 26 bathroom vanity k***s? What about those 35-40 kitchen k***s and/or pulls?

There's a reason we built our own home and business here in the ADK. The Adirondacks are an increidble, magical place and sometimes to make that magic happen, you have to get creative with your build solutions. That's why a lake access only, or off-grid, or any uniques style of property build is a challenge we are more than willing to take.
