Check this out. Termites did a heck of a number on this home. It required a complete tear down of the front wall, temporary support wall, reframed, a quick redesign to add French doors, change up from brick to lap siding to match the rest of the home. New wiring, insulation, drywall, trim and paint. It’s better than new!

Research a company and its reputation—look for references online, or ask a friend. Check to see if a company is properly licensed, insured and if there are any consumer complaints filed against a licensed contractor at MyFloridaLicense.com. Never pay the full amount of a repair expense upfront, and hesitate before providing large deposits. Be ready for an influx of fly by night contractors coming from all over. Please do not sign any contracts you’re not 100% comfortable with, do not give out any large deposits, and do not trust anyone to do major repairs or renovations to your home with out proper paperwork and permitting. We are keeping the entire community in our thoughts and prayers.
