Rivera Project - Q1 -2022

Complete scope included updating the original tile on the 5 balconies with full demo, resurfacing, & waterproofing (very expensive living space below so proper slope was very critical) followed by an outdoor porcelain 12x24 set on a 1/3 staggered pattern.
The logistics were quite extensive considering all the debris had to be removed via private elevator and no staging area outside the unit. We pride ourselves on handling the general conditions on projects like this leaving the customer satisfied with a lasting relationship upon completion.

These slabs were larger than any wet saws/cutters could handle (max 61”) so the miters were hand cut and polished.
