The courtyard pool is surrounded by sliding glass and bifold glass windows on the first level, and glazing leading to large balconies on the second level. The exterior a mixture of sand finish smooth stucco and composite wood NewTech Japanese Cedar siding . A mixture of both existing, mature, and new tropical landscape surrounds the home making it blend in like it was always there. Views from Inside the Florinda St Modern Home 🕶️

One of the best parts of the project is right before completion: removing all protective materials, deep cleaning, and getting to see all the tiny details and materials come together for the first time. They have been covered up for months at this point and everything seems to come together all at once. It just like unwrapping the biggest and best present you could imagine. The coming days involve the small details, closing out missing parts and pieces, hardware, fixtures, punch list items, and preparing for move-in.
