Just a friendly reminder to keep up with your air filters... or youre gonna need a serious deep cleaning of your evaporator coil.
Thats dirt and grime foaming out of this coil. Spent a total of 4 hours getting this one clean. It was YUCKY!!

The a/c is up and running, and coolin like a champ at the new offices of , turned out pretty good!!

Had a fun one today. We ran a new refridgerant line set up the wall to reach the 3rd floor attic and over to an interior closet.
The original line set was run in the walls floor and has an unrepairable leak that we found thanks to an isolation test.
