The City of Bradenton breaks ground at City Park!

Tandem Construction joined the City of Bradenton, the Pittsburgh Pirates, and the Bradenton Marauders, our design partners and many community members today to celebrate the official groundbreaking on the first of four phases for the City Park project.

City Park will soon deliver significant upgrades for the Major and Minor League Baseball facilities and develop a new community hub for the City, expanding opportunities for public recreation and events.

Today Tandem Construction celebrated the “Topping Out” of the Mater Dei Catholic School!

This milestone highlights the hard work and dedication put forth by the Diocese of St. Petersburg, our design team led by Sweet Sparkman Architecture & Interiors and our local trade partners. Mater Dei will provide a lasting impact on the Ruskin community as the area’s first Catholic School. The two-story 36,500 square foot classroom building will serve students from Pre-K through 8th grade. Families will soon have access to faith based education closer to home, where future generations will learn, lead, and thrive within these walls.

Premier Sports Campus: Progress Update!

Construction is underway at Premier Sports Campus North in Lakewood Ranch. Expected to open late this year, the new state-of-the-art Athletics & Aquatics Center will feature a competition pool, therapy pool, locker rooms, 24 pickleball courts, walking trails and expanded parking. Stay tuned as we build the future of play!
