🔧⚓ Custom Aluminum Ladder Extension for a Local Charter Company! ⚓🔧

This project came to us with a simple goal: make it easier and safer for guests to get in and out of the water during snorkeling trips.

The original ladder just didn't provide enough reach, so we fabricated and welded a custom aluminum extension to give passengers additional steps and better access when boarding from the water. Everything was built from aluminum to maintain corrosion resistance in the harsh marine environment while keeping the ladder lightweight and functional.

Bent stainless? No problem.

This project took us to the beautiful Longboat Key Club, where a customer had a heavily damaged stainless-steel bimini frame that was bent out of shape along with the mounting hardware.

We removed the frame from the vessel, brought it back to the shop, and carefully straightened each section to restore the original shape and fitment. Once the frame and hardware were brought back into alignment, everything was reinstalled and adjusted on the boat for a clean, factory-like appearance.

Stainless marine fabrication and repair takes patience, precision, and the right equipment—and we're proud to have brought this one back to life instead of replacing the entire assembly.

🔧 Mobile Gate Repair – Siesta Key, FL 🔧

This gate had been hanging on borrowed time for nearly 2 years after sustaining storm damage during the hurricanes that hit Siesta Key. The original hinge mount was bent, damaged, and no longer providing proper support for the weight of the gate.

For this repair, I removed the failed hinge assembly, fabricated a new mounting plate, reinforced the gate frame, and installed a new heavy-duty hinge to get everything back into proper alignment and operation. The gate is now opening and closing smoothly and is ready for many more years of service.

One of the things I enjoy most about mobile welding is bringing the shop directly to the customer and solving problems on-site without the hassle of removing large structures.

🚛 Pool Route Back in Service! 💪

This pool cleaning cart was mounted to the rear of a service truck and took a hit after a rear-end collision. The impact bent and damaged the lower support structure, leaving it unsafe and unusable.

We cut out the damaged section, fabricated new components, rebuilt the lower frame, and reinforced the assembly to restore its strength and functionality. After fitting everything back into place, the cart is ready to get back to work and keep the route moving.

Patricks Pressure Washing LLC dropped off their aluminum trailer to get some much-needed repairs and reinforcements taken care of. 👨‍🏭💪

Went through and repaired cracked sections, reinforced stress points, reworked damaged mounting areas, and added additional support where the trailer was starting to fatigue from everyday use.

This is exactly why preventative repairs matter — catching these weak points early helps keep equipment on the road and working instead of turning into a major failure later on.

The Whoopsie Wagon was back in action this week for a mobile aluminum pontoon repair here in Sarasota. 👨‍🏭💪

Customer had a pretty substantial tear in the pontoon that needed cut out, reworked, and patched back together properly. Everything was completed on-site out of the new service truck using the Everlast setup.

This one definitely wasn’t a “slap a patch over it and hope for the best” type of repair — proper prep, fit-up, and welding to get this pontoon structurally sound and back on the water.
