Finding the source before fixing the problem makes all the difference.
For this project, Highmark Home Services carefully protected the surrounding areas, performed controlled water testing, and documented the exact source of water intrusion around the sliding door. After removing the door, siding, flashing, and decking as needed, we inspected the opening and repaired the EPDM membrane to stop the leak at its source.

Once resolved, we reinstalled all components—including the sliding door, trim, siding, and decking—adding Boral trim at the deck transition and finishing everything to match the home’s existing colors.

Protecting the home starts with proper water management.
For this project, Highmark Home Services completed a comprehensive water diversion upgrade, including new flashing, ice and water barriers, kickout flashing, and a water diverter to properly guide rainwater into the gutters—not onto stonework or the deck.

We also adjusted the metal roofing around the columns to improve water flow, installed new gutters, gutter guards, and downspouts, and repaired stone and mortar to restore a seamless, finished look.

Smart repairs now help prevent costly damage later—and this home is set up for long-term protection.

Our team removed the existing trim and railing components, carefully preserving the original skirt board for reuse. We then installed an all-new system featuring:
• New cap boards
• Six new newel posts
• A reinforced mid-span post to stabilize the previously wobbly railing
• A modern handrail system
• Sleek square metal balusters (no knuckles!)

All wood components were stained to match the home’s existing tones, creating a clean, cohesive, and modern look.

Another beautiful transformation that blends safety, style, and craftsmanship!

For this kitchen project, we installed two new pullout drawer systems inside the island cabinet to make storage more accessible and functional. We also removed the center stile from the far-left upper cabinet, opening up the space for access and larger storage options.

These custom modifications create a smoother, more efficient kitchen experience — and the homeowners are loving the added convenience!

A fresh new look for this pool house entrance!
Our team supplied and installed a new Bayer Built fiberglass exterior door in factory pre-finish Pure White to match the existing style. We also inspected the surrounding areas for signs of past water intrusion to ensure everything is protected and performing as it should.

Another beautiful and functional upgrade that keeps this space looking sharp and standing strong!
