Another successful foundation repair in the books!

This project was much more than just replacing a wall. We:
✔️ Removed the failed foundation wall and installed a brand-new reinforced block wall.
✔️replaced all the brick columns and brick drip edge
✔️Water proofed the foundation and added dimple board
✔️ Straightened the building’s framing back into position.
✔️ Installed 12-foot steel braces inside each garage for long-term structural reinforcement.
✔️ Installed 125 feet of French drain.
✔️ Hard-piped all the gutter downspouts into the drainage system.
✔️ Finished everything with some edging and landscape rock with proper final grading and a drainage swale to carry water safely away from the building.

This property now has a solid foundation and a drainage system designed to help prevent future issues.
