We’re proud to be part of the renovation of the historic Cotton Sail Hotel on Savannah’s iconic River Street!

Originally built in 1820, this remarkable brick warehouse has served many purposes throughout its rich history—from a cotton warehouse and coal storage facility to an import and export facility.

Projects like this allow us to honor Savannah’s past while creating spaces that will be enjoyed for generations to come.

The final details are coming together at our newest amenity center and pool in Bloomingdale, Georgia and is almost ready to open their doors!

From the finishing touches inside to the final pool preparations outside, this space was designed to bring the community together and create lasting memories.

We are so excited to welcome Hannah to our team as Project Admin and Josh back for another internship with us this summer!

⭐️ Hannah earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from the University of Georgia and brings experience in both construction and residential real estate. Prior to joining the team, she worked as a Project Coordinator for a subcontractor and as a Realtor for a production home builder.

Outside of work, Hannah enjoys being on the water, playing tennis, and cheering on the Dawgs.

⭐️ Josh is currently attending Georgia Southern University and will graduate Spring 2027 with a degree in Construction Management. He was an integral part of our team last summer and we are thrilled to have him back with us again!

We are honored to have been apart of the building of the new Grand Harbor neighborhood amenity center and pool. From the clean architectural lines to the thoughtfully selected finishes, every element of this clubhouse was designed with purpose. Natural light fills the space, highlighting warm textures, custom features, and a seamless flow from indoors to the poolside experience.

Travis graduated from Johnson University with a B.A. in Business Administration and brings seven years of construction experience in both residential and commercial projects.
