We are looking for sales professionals who can capitalize on our solar technology and help us continue our strong growth. Our Sales Executives introduce customers to our solar services and close new service contracts. You will be responsible to target and identify our core customers, show them the savings solar can bring and manage the sales process to close. Virtually any customer with a home or building is an eligible candidate of our services.
Compensation:
This position is a 1099 fully commission-based contractor. Dedicated sales representatives can make strong six figures a year. You own your schedule and decide how much time and when to work as long as you maintain our customer service standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:

●You are responsible for scheduling your appointments maintaining your CRM records
and customer follow ups to close each sale
●Leads are not provided as a matter of course: this position is not inbound sales. With
that said, as prospective customers call in for inquiries, you will be assigned customer
opportunities.
●Your sales meetings will take place on the customer’s premises. Local travel is
expected.
●Utilize our marketing materials, tech platforms and systems. You will have access to tech and sales trainings you most complete. You will be representing our brand and have access to plenty of back-office support and tools.

Requirements:

●Demonstrated comfort level in selling mid-level management and occasional C-suite/business owner is a must.
●Represent our companies at appropriate association meetings and conferences.
●Prepare reports, sales and marketing tracking.
●Learn and utilize our CRM system and other technology. Keep good records.
●Effective time management, organization and multi-tasking skills.
●Demonstrated experience selling in a related field.
●Strong communication skills.
●Valid Driver’s License.
●Ability to pass a background check.
●Experience in outside sales.
