Greetings from The Basin Company: Here is our final update on our historic townhome project, built in 1900; located just a stone’s throw away from the beautiful Forsyth Park. Our mission was to restore this home to its original glory, preserving its historic charm and elegance. Join us as we restore the original hardwood floors, revive the intricate trim and fireplace details, and reveal the true beauty of the property. We are excited to show you the final result of the project and will keep you posted on our upcoming projects soon to come. The Basin Company is delighted to inform you that our office renovation project for one of our esteemed clients is approaching its final stage. This project entailed transforming two distinct buildings with a breezeway in between into a modern and functional workspace. The Basin Company have been diligently working to accomplish this objective, and we are extremely proud of the outcomes. We are eager to present them to our client and their employees and are confident that they will appreciate their new office as much as we do. The Basin Company would like to express our gratitude to our client for entrusting us with this significant project. Hey there, lovely people! I hope you're all having an amazing summer! Over at The Basin Company, we've been having a blast too. Allow me to introduce you to one of our latest projects at the Horizon Industrial Park. We're jazzing up warehouse space to accommodate two unique tenant layout plans. Picture this: a 40 ft tall and 300 ft long tenant demising wall, providing each tenant with their own fabulous space. We're super stoked to fulfill their wishes and can't wait to show you the fantastic end result!
