We are excited to announce that Lummus is relocating our Lubbock operations to a new, purpose-built Lubbock Distribution & Customer Center (LDCC), representing another significant investment in our customers and the future of the cotton ginning industry.

Located in the heart of Lubbock's agricultural and industrial corridor, our new facility has been designed to enhance every aspect of the customer experience. The LDCC will feature expanded distribution capabilities, improved logistics and material flow, a dedicated customer media center, technical training areas, and additional space to support the continued growth of our aftermarket parts and service operations.

Beginning in September 2026, the LDCC will become the primary operating location for Lummus' Lubbock operations, providing customers with the same trusted support they have come to expect while delivering faster, more efficient service and an enhanced customer experience.

As part of this transition, John Belcher “JC” will serve as Site Leader for the LDCC, providing leadership for the facility. In this role, JC will be responsible for the overall stewardship of the LDCC, promoting a safe and productive work environment, supporting employee engagement, and helping ensure the LDCC operates to the standards expected by our customers and our organization.

More than a distribution center, the LDCC will become a destination where customers can experience the Lummus difference firsthand. Visitors will have opportunities to participate in technical training, collaborate with our team, explore our latest innovations, and learn about the rich history and legacy that has made Lummus a trusted name in cotton ginning for generations.

Throughout the transition, our commitment remains unchanged: providing uninterrupted service and industry-leading support to our customers.

Following completion of the move, we look forward to hosting customers, industry partners, and friends during our official Grand Opening in early 2027 to celebrate this exciting milestone.

Aidan recently graduated from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College (ABAC) with a degree in Agricultural Business, building upon a strong foundation of hands-on agricultural experience gained throughout South Georgia. His background includes cotton ginning, farming, and agricultural distribution, where he developed practical experience operating and maintaining gin equipment, supporting daily gin operations, delivering products to growers, and working directly with customers across the agricultural supply chain.

As Southeast Technical Sales Representative, Aidan will serve customers throughout Georgia, Florida, Alabama, and the northern portions of our Southeast region, providing technical expertise, aftermarket support, equipment recommendations, and solutions that help cotton gins improve productivity, reliability, and profitability.

Aidan's agricultural background, technical aptitude, and passion for serving customers make him an outstanding addition to the Lummus team.
