For the first time, we’re sharing the full story behind the project suspension at the Rock Row Health Campus.

In late 2023 and early 2024, you likely noticed something unusual while traveling along I-95—no construction activity on the site. What you didn’t see was the level of coordination, communication, and trust required to navigate nearly four months of uncertainty.

When economic headwinds forced a full project suspension, our team made a deliberate choice: stay engaged, stay transparent, and support our partners every step of the way. Through consistent communication with the developer, lenders, and trade partners, we worked to preserve relationships and maintain momentum—even when the site was still.

Restarting in the middle of winter brought its own challenges. We had to prove we could go from a complete stop to full speed—quickly and strategically. Our phased “soft start” approach helped rebuild confidence, remobilize key trades, and regain schedule velocity.

This video captures that story—one defined not by the suspension, but by how our team responded. Our deep gratitude to everyone who helped pull this off!
