Going to need some contractors in the area to shoot a message with info and schedule a day for a walk through, have a few houses that need some upgrades and remodeling done, kitchens redone, new cabinets, backsplash, cannon lights, flooring, paint.
Bathrooms, new tubs, plumbing, flooring, vanity, toilets,
Divider walls, drywall, paint.
Roofing, metal, shingles.
Siding, exterior doors, interior doors
All materials will be provided and delivered on site.

Looking for a lead carpenter guy
Must be able to do the following:
*Kitchen remodels, installing kitchen cabinets, tile backsplash, sinks, drains.
*Bathroom remodels, remove old bathtubs, showers, vanity's, be able to plum back in and install new back in.
* Frame work, drywall work, flooring of different types.
*****MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORTATION*****

Will not deal with missing work or deal with the B.S outside of work
