New vinyl, energy star efficient Mezzo windows. New fiberglass door. New vinyl soffit and aluminum fascia. Aluminum wrapping on columns and exterior wood around windows.

This wonderful porch looks fresh and new and stands out in its neighborhood. Bonus, it will now be warmer (or cooler, in summer), quieter and maintenance free.
