Better tooling can make a measurable difference in part quality.

Introducing Aerocaul and Aerocaul FKM, elastomeric tooling materials used to fabricate reusable caul plates, pressure intensifiers, and flexible tooling for composite manufacturing. Designed to conform to complex surfaces and distribute pressure more uniformly during cure, they can help improve laminate consolidation while reducing wrinkles, bridging, thickness variation, and rework.

Aerocaul is designed for standard epoxy prepreg applications, while Aerocaul FKM supports higher-temperature BMI, polyimide, and phenolic resin systems, giving manufacturers options for a range of processing requirements.
