Two weeks ago today, we kicked off Manufacturing Month with Grenopalooza 2 – our Manufacturing Day event at Greno Industries. The Greno Challenge Coin was a huge hit, and students enjoyed watching the machining and laser etching of their gifts – with some help from artificial intellgence (AI).

Greno is embracing AI, and the concept of a Challenge Coin that students could take home was one of several AI-generated ideas. The Greno team chose the best one and then used AI to create the machining and laser etching models that our skilled employees turned into reality.

Manufacturing Day isn’t just about dispelling the notion that manufacturing is somehow stuck in 1961 – the year we were founded. It’s about showing students the exciting and evolving careers they can have. That's why we're encouraging them to Build What Comes Next.
