Just finished a job for Mary's rental . This job was a roof vent leaking through the ceiling in a upstairs bathroom. Then another water damaged wall on the porch . A porch window was left open by tenants for months. We patched and fixed the damaged area like new👷‍♀️ 👍

Just finished a concrete stairs repair for our new client Mary's rental property, and it turned out awesome! It’s always a great feeling to see a project finished and know it's going to be good for the future. We look forward to more work in the future, especially when it means helping out great clients like Mary. This project was definitely a good time and a great addition to the property! 📸 Can't wait for what's next!

Just finished up a really great job for our new customers Nate and Shelly! This job was a new front door install with Anderson 2000 stromdoor , and let me tell you, it turned out awesome. We also got 5 new basement windows installed, which really brightened up the space. And to top it all off, we did a new PVC trimmed window – looks so clean and modern! I'm always happy when a project goes this smoothly and the customer is thrilled with the results. It's such a good feeling to transform a home like this. 🏡

It's always a good feeling to help out a great repeat customer like Tracie with their new replacement windows! 🏡 I'm so happy to share that we just finished up this project for her, and they look absolutely fantastic. Getting these new windows installed was a great way to upgrade her home and make it even more comfortable. I really love seeing the positive impact these projects have, and this one was no exception. This was a really good time, and I'm already looking forward to the next time! More updates to come soon! 😁

Rosemary asked if we could install new lights in the basement apartment. We took out the old florescent light . Put in new LED lights . No more changing bulbs ! While we were there we scraped and re-caulked the countertop and replaced the bottom of 2 water damaged cabinets. We also put up 5 sets blinds for her too. 😁

We recently fixed a water damaged porch like it never happened for our long-time customer. It was a big project, but seeing the excellent results always makes it worthwhile. The porch looks perfect now, and it's good to know we've completed another successful repair. This kind of work is always satisfying, and we had a really good time completing it. We're always appreciative of clients who trust us with their home improvement needs. Another great job done, and we look forward to our next project! 🏡

Just completed an excellent new life proof LVP Flooring installation with new baseboard, all painted and caulked after the carpet removal. It was a big project, but the results are absolutely perfect! 🏡 This new flooring really makes the space feel so much better and brighter. I'm always happy to see a completed project looking this good. It's amazing how much of a difference new flooring and baseboards can make. Definitely a good time to enjoy the finished work.
