I promise the guys have been working! Just a little behind on updating you all 😆

They finished up another hail damaged roof yesterday.
A huge thank you to Rasmussen Lumber Company for delivering all 200 bundles of shingles/ accessories right away and BuckCreek Rolloffs

This brick chimney has been causing the homeowners issues over the years due to water infiltration and with the brick not running down through roof, all the weight has been sitting on the shingles, causing lots of stress to the framing and decking. The guys were able to remove this 7’ tall chimney by carefully removing the brick and reframing the chimney chase and finished it off by installing new LP siding which turned out looking so nice!

Catching up on some posting! The guys worked over the weekend to get these two roofs done and done right. Once all the rock was scooped, new epdm was laid and fully detailed before the rock was relaid.

A surprise hail storm kept the guys busy today and yesterday! During the storm the guys got to work removing the broken skylights and framed them up for a solid substrate for new epdm to be fully adhered and tied into the existing curb. The next day the guys could remove the temporary covers and finish everything off. The next stop was to inspect another roof for damage and after previous repair work, everything stayed dry and all that was left to do was cleaned out one of the roof drains for proper drainage!
