Responsibilities include:
✅ Assisting with earthwork and underground utility installation
✅ Working alongside equipment operators and foremen
✅ Maintaining a safe and productive job site
✅ Performing general construction labor duties
What We're Looking For:
Construction experience is a plus, but not required
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
Ability to work in a physically demanding outdoor environment
