When two thermoplastic components need a permanent, hermetic bond without adhesives, fasteners, or solvents, vibration welding is often the answer. The process uses controlled friction to generate heat at the joint interface, fusing the parts at a molecular level. The result is a bond that's often stronger than the surrounding material.
