This past Friday, we celebrated a truly special milestone as Jeff Rose officially retired after an incredible 36+ years with APM.

Jeff’s career has touched nearly every part of the company — from the warehouse to assembly, molding, and multiple shifts — always stepping in wherever he was needed.

He was the kind of teammate everyone appreciated: patient when training new employees, dependable, supportive, and someone people genuinely enjoyed working alongside.

Jeff embodied what it means to be a true employee‑owner, showing up every day with commitment and pride in his work. His positive influence will be felt for years to come.

Please join us in congratulating Jeff on his well‑earned retirement and in thanking him for more than three decades of outstanding service.
