Opening week at Teatro Italian Food & Wine in Flagstaff!

Caruso Construction is beyond thankful for our partners - Owner, Kevin Heinonen and his team, Architects, Doug Fredrickson & Anne Mead, and the Caruso team and many subcontractors and suppliers who helped bring this wonderful project to life.

Big shouts-out to our Superintendent John and eager assistants Erica & Kristen who dedicated countless hours on site over the past year, our millwork shop craftsmen, John and Paul, who built from scratch many of the restaurant's features - storefront pivot and entry doors, arched interior windows, backlit wall & bar panels, planters, booths... the list goes on, and to our artisan painters, Carlos & Thomas, for their expert application of venetian plaster, paint, and stain.
