Carlisle-sponsored golfer Ashley Menne is constantly looking for ways to improve her game, and that means being open to new tools, new ideas, and new approaches to practice.

Recently, Ashley incorporated a golf swing trainer into her routine to help reinforce key mechanics and improve consistency through impact.

“It helps with widening my backswing turn and extending my right arm through impact,” said Ashley. “Essentially delivering the club into the turf with more consistency.”

At Carlisle, our core value 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 means pushing boundaries and taking calculated risks to solve real problems. It comes to life when we share new ideas, work smarter, learn from setbacks, and stay curious.

Ashley's willingness to embrace new training methods and continuously refine her game reflects that same mindset, and we're proud to support her along the way.

Carlisle Companies today announced that its Board of Directors approved a 14% increase in the Company’s regular quarterly dividend from $1.10 to $1.25 per share, or to $5 per share on an annualized basis. The dividend is payable on September 1, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 19, 2026.

With this increase, Carlisle joins the elite group of “Dividend Kings,” U.S. public companies that have raised their annual dividend for at least 50 consecutive years, a distinction held by fewer than 60 currently listed U.S. public companies.

“Our 50th consecutive annual dividend increase reflects the durability of Carlisle's business model, and the dedicated management teams that have led this business since 1976,” said Chris Koch, Chair, President and Chief Executive Officer. “Carlisle is best understood not merely as a roofing-products company but as a capital-allocation story. For more than five decades, through recessions, market cycles, and the transformation of our portfolio into a pure-play building products company, we have sustained a relentless focus on ROIC, strong cash generation, and consistently returning capital to our shareholders.”

Carlisle Companies today published its 2025 Corporate Sustainability Report, showcasing continued progress against its three-pillar sustainability strategy of manufacturing energy efficient products, reducing emissions, and diverting landfill waste, including:

● Manufacturing energy efficient products: In 2025, Carlisle sold over $3.6B in products helping customers achieve LEED® certification. Products sold in 2025 are expected to help avoid nearly $18 billion in customer energy costs over the expected installed life of those products.

● Reducing emissions: Carlisle lowered its Scope 1 & 2 emissions by 17.48% and its Scope 3 emissions intensity by 14.33%, both measured from a 2021 base year.

● Diverting landfill waste: Carlisle diverted 113,000 tons of material from landfills in 2025 and doubled the amount of roofing material collected through its Rooftop Takeoff Program to 4.1 million square feet, and its Lakeland, FL facility became a spotlight site for EPS recycling.

Consistent with the pursuit of its Path to Zero safety strategy, Carlisle also achieved a 0.77 Total Recordable Incident Rate in 2025 — nearly four times better than the industry average of 2.8 per the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics — placing the company in the top 10% of U.S. manufacturing companies.

What does 𝗕𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗗𝗮𝘆 look like?

For Carlisle-sponsored golfer Ashley Menne, it starts long before tournament week.

This summer, Ashley has been training at the Carlisle Performance Center at Arizona State University, focusing on the small details that lead to better performance. Through slow-motion practice swings, mirror work, and advanced technology, she's building consistency, confidence, and muscle memory.

“When making changes, I like to do air swings and slow practice swings without hitting a ball,” Ashley said. “It's one of the most efficient ways to build the movements and muscle memory I'm looking for.”

Ashley's commitment to steady improvement reflects one of Carlisle's core values: 𝗕𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗗𝗮𝘆. Just as she focuses on small improvements that add up over time, our teams work every day to improve how we serve customers, operate our nearly 100 facilities, and deliver results across the business.

Today, employees at all 80 Carlisle locations across the United States gathered for company picnics celebrating America's 250th anniversary and the nearly 5,000 U.S. team members who deliver for our customers every day.

The events honored both our nation's independence and the people whose ingenuity, craftsmanship, and dedication have helped Carlisle grow alongside America for more than a century.

As America marks 250 years of progress, we're proud to recognize the employees who continue to drive Carlisle forward and help write the next chapter of our American growth story.

Carlisle-sponsored golfer Ashley Menne was back on the course last week at the FireKeepers Casino Hotel Championship on the Epson Tour.

After her strong second-place finish at Copper Rock earlier this month, Ashley continues to put in the work by competing in tough, humid conditions against accomplished rivals as she builds momentum throughout the season.

“Weather was humid and rainy, but I was excited to get this swing going in Michigan,” said Ashley.

While she may not show up on the leaderboard every week, every week matters. From practice to competition, Ashley’s focus, discipline, and commitment to her craft reflect what we value at Carlisle: Pursue Excellence and Better Every Day.

We’re proud to support Ashley as she continues to learn, grow, and push forward each week on the Epson Tour.
