We’re proud to announce that our Durango Campus Landscape and Water Conservation Retrofit CMAR project has won a 2025 AZAGC Build Arizona Award in the Environmental Category! The project’s goal was redesigning the site to capture and store as much rainwater as possible and reduced the need for outside water sources. Huge thanks to Flood Control District of Maricopa County, Terracon and our trade partners for helping us accomplish the following:
• Installed 10,000-gallon underground tanks
• Incorporate soil cells under semipermeable pavers
• Build multiple basins for runoff capture
• Overhaul the campus drainage system
We’re honored to accept this award from Arizona Chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America, Inc. and lead the way in sustainable construction and environmental stewardship.
