Please research your contractors, check their references, and make sure they are licensed and insured! I have had several people contact me about a subcontractor that has used me as a reference multiple times that has NEVER done any work for me or my business. I have not recommended them and would not. If someone tells you they work for me please feel free to reach out and I would be glad to recommend any of my trusted subs! I hate to see anyone get in a mess with someone because they were dishonest! If they will lie to you they will take your money!!

Feeling blessed tonight to receive this award at the State Homebuilders Meeting. It’s been a blessing to work with leaders from all over the state to make the building industry the best we can. I get asked all the time why I give so much of my time to the Association and the answer is simple. I’m not building to make a quick dollar, I want to build my clients Grandkids houses! By being involved you are constantly learning how to do things better and helping to keep the home building industry in the best shape possible! It’s not a sprint, it’s a marathon.
