Just a little excitement! Thank you to the Pasadena fire department for keeping everyone safe and getting centerpoint out! Thank you to Frank a PFF and his wife April for getting the PFD out here! The Pasadena 911-dispatch just wanted to tell me this was not their call , even though I have lived here for 41 years and know which City services my location-she just wanted to argue with me.

WE HAVE AND WILL NEVER ASK FOR A CREDIT CARD OVER THE PHONE FOR A SERVICE CALL BEFORE COMING TO YOUR HOME.

The Fraudulent number is 346-258-3346 and it will be answered by someone named Katrina at the moment. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AS THIS IS A SCAM. Our Direct Office Number is 281-474-3140.

If you have been scammed by this person we have a case number with the City of Pasadena. Please contact them to add your name to the complaint.
