We're not looking for someone who needs to be told what to do every five minutes. We're looking for a carpenter who can take ownership of a project, lead a crew, solve problems, and deliver quality work.
Projects include: 🔨 Decks 🔨 Additions 🔨 Framing 🔨 Roofing 🔨 Siding 🔨 Windows & Doors 🔨 Custom Residential Construction
Requirements: ✔ 5+ years carpentry experience ✔ Ability to read plans and layout projects ✔ Lead and manage a crew ✔ Reliable transportation ✔ Professional attitude ✔ Strong attention to detail ✔ Must be dependable and show up every day
Pay: 💰 $35-$45+ per hour based on experience 💰 Performance bonuses available 💰 Year-round work for the right person

The dwelling suffered considerable damage due to ice dam formation. Sadly, a critical step was overlooked during its original construction 30 years ago. Notably, the ice and watershield installation only extended 5 inches within the walls of this unique triple valley conversion. To address the issue, new lead flashing has been installed, along with new ice and watershield on the entire interior wall and 12 inches around the exterior corner to prevent future ice accumulation behind the siding. Weaved cedar shakes were utilized. Furthermore, new spray foam insulation was installed on the interior, paired with a new finish. Additionally, a new thermostat-controlled heat tape was installed.
