I've posted the start of this project before but the twin-walled polycarbonate greenhouse panels were a special order item and they've taken over 3 months to arrive. Fortunately for us (and more importantly, the homeowner), they got here right before the cold snap so hopefully this customer got her plants and a heater in there STAT! This is a 400 SF greenhouse (the roof ridge is just over 12' tall)complete with a concrete slab, floor drain, electric and water! It's positioned about 30 yards from the house and pool, so close enough for easy access when the weather gets bad! I must say, this is one of the more intricate greenhouses we've ever built. All this thing is lacking is some built in shelving and a paint job....and maybe a recliner with a big screen in front of it!

Back yard expansion - before and after. The highlighted section of fence with the large red X through was the section separating the original yard from the expanded yard. Since there is a pool in this yard, that section wasn't removed until the second to last phase of this job. Planning was key here as there were several stages to this project. The section of the lot that was to become part of the existing backyard had to be prepped. The first thing we did was have the lot surveyed and marked for underground utilities, electrical, cable lines, etc. (there was previously a home on this lot), next was ground prep - leveling, fill dirt addition, sprinkler system install and tie-in to existing system, top soil addition and then of course the fence layout and build. The last section of fencing (un-stained) was left open to allow landscaper access for sodding. Today, we removed the pool barrier and closed that section off along with dressing up a few corners and adding some trim work. The landscapers will now return to complete a final landscaping punch list and we will once again return to stain the remaining un-stained section and trim work. This fence provides the ultimate sense of privacy - 8 feet tall, horizontal cedar slats and wolmanized framing. Posts are anchored 30" deep with 4000 psi concrete.

Mock up for a customer who has placed a large order of custom cabinets for an entire office suite. Mid century modern in maple. New modern garage storage (forgot to take any true before pictures but there wasn't anything there, lol).

19' wide, 44" deep and 36" of space between shelf and ceiling. Garage ceilings are 12' high and these homeowners wanted to utilize as much of that space as possible. White Horse got it done!

400 s/f greenhouse in Clifton, TX is coming along nicely! Started with a dream, a strategically placed spot in the yard and some spray paint. Now it's a 400 s/f monster of a greenhouse on a slab with floor drains and soon to have double wall polycarbonate panels installed. This thing is built to stand the test of time...better than most actual houses we work on. We have also trenched over 200' to run water and electrical to this greenhouse so this customer can enjoy the full experience in her new favorite part of her yard.

230' push inside of a warehouse yesterday in Lewisville, TX. Lesson of the day: 20+ mins in direct 101° sunlight is enough time for concrete to set up in your static machine...😒👎
