We want to take a minute to recognize our purchasing manager, Kayla, and let her know how much we appreciate everything she does for Bal-Con.

Kayla handles much more than just simply purchasing. She runs our weekly meetings, keeps up with inventory and material needs, and is constantly working with everyone here to help keep projects on schedule.

If something is getting overlooked, Kayla usually catches it. When material needs to be ordered, she’s on it. And if someone needs a reminder about what they were supposed to have done before the next meeting, she’s probably on that too (and even the Bossman is no exception!) 😂

The best part is, she does it all from her home in Mississippi! It takes a lot of communication and organization to be this involved in the day to day operation of a company from another state, but Kayla has become someone we depend on.

Kayla, we appreciate your hard work, attention to detail, fresh ideas, and everything you do to help keep this place running smoothly. We’re lucky to have you as part of the Bal-Con team!

What an amazing project this has been. We really enjoyed doing this job. It sure is nice when you have a good customer to deal with as well. As you’ll see our friends Gary, Paul and Tom did some quick landscaping for us too!
