We are looking for a motivated and organized Dispatch Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our trucking division. This position plays a key role in coordinating drivers, overseeing driver performance and communication, managing schedules, and ensuring safe and efficient transportation operations.

📍 Longview, WA
💼 Full-Time, Day Shift
💵Wages: $30.00-$38.00 per hour

• Supervising daily dispatch operations & dispatch team

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, leadership experience, computer skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A CDL is a plus!

It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we share the news of the passing of our CEO & Owner, Larry Lemmons.

Larry was more than just a leader; he was the visionary soul of Pacific Fibre Products & Lemmons Trucking. Larry's passion, integrity, and unwavering commitment to our team and community built the foundation of everything we do today.

While we mourn this tremendous loss, we also celebrate a remarkable life lived with purpose. A firm believer in his people and his products, Larry led with both innovation and kindness. We are committed to honoring that legacy by continuing the work—and the values—he loved so much.

Our thoughts and deepest sympathies are with Larry’s family and loved ones during this incredibly difficult time.
