Show up, Seattle!

The Glosten team recently joined Seattle’s 2026 Day of Service and spent the day cleaning up downtown streets, collecting litter, and helping make the neighborhood a little brighter.

A great reminder that small actions can make a big difference in our community.

For one weekend, the Glosten crew swapped project schedules for campfires at Camano Island State Park in Washington.

Associates + families, friends, and furry companions came together to enjoy beach adventures, games, and some good eats! The culinary highlight was a massive pan of homemade paella that disappeared almost as quickly as it was served, but it wasn't the only feast. A Glosten retiree stopped by with a freshly caught fish, which was filleted and grilled for everyone to enjoy!

This year's campfire was one for the books. With no burn ban for a change and a truckload of firewood generously supplied by one of our associates, we took full advantage of the opportunity to stay fireside well into the night.

Thanks to everyone who came out and helped make this year's picnic a success. Until next year!

The trails were tough, but we were tougher. 💪

Team Glosten earned 1st place in the Corporate Division at Ragnar Trail Rainier! For the sixth year in a row, Glosten associates laced up their running shoes and took on winding trails and steep elevation to reach the finish line.

Congratulations to the entire team on an incredible accomplishment and a great weekend on the trails!

Paddles up for another successful Annual Inland Waterway Pub Crawl! Our crew took to the water in canoes, kayaks, and paddleboards, making their way from Lake Union to Ballard with plenty of laughs, great company, and a few well-earned stops along the route. Here's to another great year of this favorite Glosten tradition!

Glosten’s annual Bike to Work Month wrapped up in May with strong mileage and plenty of friendly competition. This year’s three teams collectively traveled 6,031 miles:

🏆 Team 1 "Kenna Get a Hell Yea" dominated with 1,513 miles and 462.07 points, putting the Glosten Commuting Formula™ to work like seasoned pros.

🥈 Team 2 “Rollie Pollies” racked up 1,099 miles and a solid 414.73 points, putting in serious distance—but even big weekend efforts couldn’t quite match T1’s steady weekday pace.

🥉 Team 3 “Not Bike Us” logged 3,419 miles, and a strong 406.86 points, consistent effort and well-played rides kept them firmly in the mix.

Thanks to all who biked, walked, and rolled their way through the month, and to our Bike to Work Month captains for keeping the wheels turning!
