nanoICE

nanoICE nanoICE is a new molecular ice technology that produces nano sized particles of ice in a flow format and chills up to 10 times faster than normal ice.

Its target use is the food industry where it enables the post-harvest product to retain close to 100% of its nutrients, maintain its weight and protects it from bacteria. This in turn gives post-harvest products longer shelf life and a superior food quality. It does this with no damage to the product and at costs equal to or better than conventional ice-chilling methods for an overall better economic return to the user.
