🎉This week marks five years at JCE for our Senior Project Manager, Sascha Eastman!
Sascha’s commitment to successful project outcomes is clear to everyone who works with him. One project that stands out from his time here is Olympic View K-8, JCE’s first full campus redevelopment. It marked a major milestone for the company and remains a source of immense pride for Sascha. The project’s success was hard-earned, and Sascha’s steady leadership played a big part in guiding it through a complex design, permitting, and closeout process.
His work ethic took shape early, during his first year of college when he balanced classes with working as a dishwasher and busser four nights a week. Pearl Jam’s album “Ten” played on the kitchen boom box as the team closed up each night, and to this day, it remains the soundtrack he associates with the value of his hard work and perseverance.
Congrats on five awesome years, Sascha! We couldn’t imagine the team without you.
