Hey Seattle!

Layouts can be tricky, trying to figure out what works best for you, your potential tenants, and the dimensions of the space can be stressful! Building a cohesive layout that incorporates everything our clients need is a top priority.

Below are photos are floor plan options for a DADU we're working on in West Seattle. When thinking about a layout, the most important things differ by person. Some clients would like to focus on storage, kitchen size, natural light, etc., we strive to provide everyone with a floor plan that works perfectly for them while still maximizing space and privacy.

Hi all!

Creating simple drawings for the city and permitting is something we specialize in, we love being able to collaborate with homeowners to bring their ideas to life!

This is one of our approved plans from a deck build we're currently constructing! These drawings help move the permit process along and allow us to provide structural engineers with all the information necessary. There are also pictures of the current build and its progress.

If you'd like to see what you're able to build, hand over plans to a company to construct, or even just get a plan for future work, we're here and happy to help.

We hope this year is treating you well!

There are so many things you can do to spruce up your curb appeal, starting with your front porch. If you happen have an idea for your home and want to see a rendering or start your project, we're available to help bring it to life!

Hello all, we have had a lot of success working with SDCI on homeowners projects that they would like to do as for additions, ADU's, DADU's, etc.. We can provide the services to have all paperwork filed with the city with engineering to obtain the correct permits. So if you can dream it, we can help you permit and build it.
